How does it work?
How many surveys will I get?
The number of survey that will be sent will vary from person to person. There is no fixed limit, but depends on how many studies are being conducted and how many of these are matching your profile.

To increase the number of surveys, you can log into your profile and complete the additional profiling questions there. The more questions you answer, the better chance of being selected for future studies

You can also update your preference about roughly how many surveys you would like per month.

How much can I earn?
Your earnings will depend on how many surveys you complete. For each survey you complete, you will receive payment into your Survee acount.

The payment of a survey depends on how long the survey takes to complete. Typically you will be paid between £0.40 to £2.50 per completed survey.


How do I register?
To become a member, simply complete our registration form.

To sign up, you must provide a few personal details, including your email address. These will never be shared with anyone else. Once you have registered you will automatically receive invitations to participate in surveys via email. For each completed survey you will receive payment.

Is it free?
Yes! You will NOT be asked for any payment at any time. On the contrary, it is you who will earn cash rewards by taking part in surveys, focus groups and product tests through us.
What about my privacy?
Survee will never distribute any of your personal information to any third parties and responses will never refer to your name or personal data. The data results will only consist of overall results based on compiling the questionnaires returned by you.

My account and my user profile

How do I get started?
After having created a profile you will receive an activation email. After activating your account, you can login to your Members pages.

The first time you log in, you will be asked to fill out a few additional questions about yourself. We use these questions to better select which surveys you qualify for.

In your profile you can also choose how often you prefer to receive new surveys, and you can fill in additional profiling questions. These questions are also used to help us find the best surveys for you – and also increase the number of surveys you qualify to particpate in.

Finally, you can see which surveys you are invited to complete, but have not yet answered.

How do I change my password?
You can change your password in your profile. Click “Change password” in the menu to set a new password.

If you have forgotten your password, you can always request a new one to be sent to your email address.

How do I change my email address?
You can change your email address in your profile. Click the blue arrow next to your current email addreess to be able to update it.
How do I end my membership?
You can end your membership in your profile. Click “Close account” in the menu to close your account. Please note that you loose any earnings you have not redeemed.

Which ways of payments are there?

You can cash out your earned money in several different ways:

Every time you have earned £8, you can transfer the money to your account at PayPal. There is a small 2% fee. From PayPal you can either transfer the money free of charge to your bank account or you can use the money in one of the many online shops that offer payment via PayPal.

Amazon Gift Certificate
For every £10 you earn, you can reddem them into a gift certificate from Amazon.co.uk

Every time you have earned £10, you can exchange your earnings for GCodes. Read more about Gcodes here.
